ex- Lettings Director

When I arrived for my interview at Plaza back in 1985, I was immediately struck by the hub of activity - it felt like a City trading floor. Not like the other rather sleepy agents I had also been to see. Plaza was serious about its Lettings Department and did not consider lettings to be 'second fiddle' to sales. I liked that. I trained under a fabulous manager and we opened the Knightsbridge office in October 1985. I became manager 2 years later. The business has grown considerably since then. I have built up the department drawing on experience gained from my previous marketing and advertising background and using my principles of professionalism, service, honesty and hard work. Many clients have been with us for over 20 years and we continue to enjoy trust and respect for each other. Lettings has always been a legal minefield and I work hard to ensure that I am knowledgeable of the changes in the law and able to give sound advice. I was rather chuffed to achieve the top marks in the country for the industry legal exam. The internet has changed our business enormously. The technology we have now is incredible - it's another world compared to the old days. I still believe in my old fashioned principles.

ex- Lettings Manager (Marble Arch)
After graduating from Loughborough University I felt the bright lights of London calling me. Looking for work where I would be dealing with people and no two days were going to be the same, estate agency seemed the perfect fit. After beginning as a sales negotiator in the Battersea and Clapham area of South West London, I quickly realised that I had found the job that was going to become my career. Three successful years later, the challenge of Prime Central London called. I was fortunate enough to be given the opportunity to answer it with Plaza Estates, a well-established, family-run business that instantly made me feel welcome. I am honoured to have been internally recruited to the post of Lettings Manager. My focus is always on relationships, be that nurturing those that are already well-established, or investing whatever it takes to build strong, enduring new ones. Complete client satisfaction is my goal and I welcome the opportunity to provide any assistance you may require. Contact: dt@plazaestates.co.uk
Eitan Fox Plaza Estates Director
Sales Director (Knightsbridge)

I started at Plaza Estates in 1986. Eleven years were spent successfully running the Marble Arch office. Subsequently, I was asked to take on the exciting challenge of running the Sales Department in our Knightsbridge office. I have built an experienced team with the ethos that local knowledge, hard work and professional service will always provide success to our clients. With ever changing technology of which Plaza Estates are at the cutting edge of, I have often been asked, with over 30 years in the business, how I retain my enthusiasm? I am delighted to say many of our multi million pound clients are genuinely my friends and I have a great passion for people. My staff and I never forget that this challenging industry ultimately is a 'Peoples Business'. Therefore I would welcome the opportunity to help you with your property needs and hope you will allow our fully equipped and motivated team to provide you with their professional assistance.

The Property Industry has always and continues to interest me, and after joining Plaza Estates in 2008 I have experienced a market which has taught me alot. In my role advising clients on their purchases (together with our sales teams), managing the refurbishments for them (together with our management and design team), preparing the property for rentals (together with our rentals teams) or sales and being responsible for the Companies digital marketing I have seen the market from various aspects. The market is always changing and it is essential we constantly adapt, which since Plaza Estates was established in 1972 is something the company has always done. We pride ourselves in the personal relationship and service we have and give all our clients and being part of a company which is "big enough to cope and small enough to care" is something I really enjoy.

Fraser Gregory - Plaza Estates Knightsbridge Manger
Head of Residential Lettings

I started my career in 2008 at one of the largest agencies in the UK before taking the leap into the independent agency sector. I joined Plaza in 2012 and I’ve never looked back. Being part of a boutique family owned agency has been such a rewarding experience allowing me to be involved in every aspect of the lettings process. Our ethos is to focus on a personal service from start to finish, it is what sets us apart from the industry and I whole heartedly believe in providing an experience I would be impressed with as a client or an applicant. I’ve been lucky to inherit a well-established department with a fantastic reputation in the area. Over the years we have worked tirelessly to uphold our distinction based on accountability, trust and respect, this is reflected in the fact that many clients have been with us for over 20 years. Lettings has quickly become a legal minefield and I work hard to ensure that I am knowledgeable of the changes in the law and able to give sound advice to both our clients and applicants. I have developed my skill and knowledge over the years by successfully passing the NFOPP Technical Award in Residential Lettings and Property Management. A nationally recognised qualification of Propertymark; The National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA) and Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA) I’m proud to be part of a company that has been involved in the community for nearly 50 years and together with my team I look forward to continuing to provide an excellent, reliable, and caring service that goes above and beyond expectations. Sales Manager (Marble Arch)

I joined Plaza Estates in August 2007 having started in Estate Agency from the age of seventeen, working in the West London area. I had always wanted to work in Prime Central London and when the opportunity arose at Plaza Estates I jumped at the chance. Starting as a sales negotiator I quickly adapted to working in such a wonderful and diverse area, meeting clients and buyers from all over the world. In 2013 I became the sales manager. Going the extra mile to provide the best possible service is something I strongly believe in and I am always happy to be of assistance in any way I can.
