SALES SPRING MARKET COMMENT 2018 by Eitan Fox.  As we enter Spring the first 3 months of 2018 have seen the residential prime central London property market stabilising. This time last year prices were -6.7% down compared to this year of -0.7%. We have also experienced a greater amount of interest from overseas buyers compared to last year and with still low levels of stock on the market this is a combination for a more competitive market place. RENTAL SPRING MARKET COMMENT 2018 by Fiona Guthrie. We are eagerly awaiting the arrival of Spring and the upturn it will generally bring to the letting market. The early months of the year are never the busiest and it is usually around Easter time that we see a marked change. The current market is patchy with inconsistent activity although we do already have families enquiring about larger properties to rent with a view to moving in May so hopefully this is a good sign of things to come. Read More
