Over the past two months we have helped buyers, vendors, landlords and tenants through virtual valuations and virtual viewings and will continue to do so in order to ensure that the safety of both our customers and staff remains the first priority.

Since the housing market was permitted to reopen on 12th May both our Knightsbridge and Marble Arch offices fully reopened after putting in place safe practice and social distancing measures.
We have been working hard dealing with the pent-up demand from the two-month lockdown and we are pleased to report that there has been early signs of confidence returning to the market. We have registered a number of genuine, motivated, applicants looking for both sales and lettings and are successfully conducting both viewings and valuations safely in person in accordance with the government guidelines.
