Prime Central London has a feel of normality returning to it.  With travel restrictions easing for international buyers and the disliked ‘traffic light system’ scrapped. Overseas enquiries have increased in the past month which should add much needed impetus to the market.

After an impressive Spring, with Plaza Estates closing on many sales, there was great optimism for the Summer months.  Unfortunately, the spike of the Covid variant meant we did not see the activity in the market place we anticipated.

Plaza Estates took this time to bring to the market some impressive high end flats and houses between £5m - £10m.  This has resulted in considerable activity at the upper price end of the market.

With many people holding back from investing their money in the market place and the threat of higher inflation over the winter months, now is the perfect time to make a property investment, which will act as a safe haven against inflation.

With students returning to the rental market place in their tens of thousands, there is a real shortage of stock in the rental market and buying a property for rental investment is highly recommended.
