Looking ahead to the coming year there are some real signs of optimism that activity will further improve.

The demand for rental property increased significantly with large flats and houses letting as well as the smaller one and two bedroom flats.
 
We were hugely encouraged by the last quarter of 2017. The demand for rental property increased significantly with large flats and houses letting as well as the smaller one and two bedroom flats. We found we were able to achieve asking rents for many of our clients as stock levels dwindled and demand was sustained. January has so far been a little slower.  Read More
