development department has been involved in a multitude of acquisitions and
successful disposals. We take an active interest in each project from the ground
up. During this time the property can be marketed 'off plan' in the UK and where
appropriate, overseas including participation in international exhibitions and
special launches.

development services. Sites are identified and secured and projects managed from
conception to completion. Our Investment Department advises clients on rental
returns, together with sale values. Developments are managed, let or sold
according to client requirements.
